NOV 13, 2017 – HOLLISTER, MO – MR GILBERTI’S Place Chicago Pizza, a Pizzeria in Hollister / Branson Missouri, also known as Mr Gilberti’s Place, is now under new ownership. The young couple Haley and Brian Murrell, bought Mr. Gilberti’s Place Chicago PIzza from the original owners in the Summer of 2017. They have decided to keep all the gourmet Italian recipes that Gilberti has used for his restaurants the past decades the same, and eventually add a bakery. They are an exciting new addition to the Hollister / Branson businesses network and welcome all locals and visitors!
Weekend specials have been added, featuring a new delicious Italian dish each new Saturday and Sunday. This is blasted every Friday, on their Facebook page. In addition to a New POS system to keep track of orders more efficiently, they have added an interactive Menu to google search results. This is mobile and desktop friendly, and feature all your favorite items. Mr. Gilberti’s Place Chicago Pizza loves both visitors and locals, and have a passion for Italian pizza and pasta. In addition to making their own authentic, gourmet sauces right from the Mr. Gilbert’s Authentic Italian Family Recipe Book, they use the same family recipes for their pizza dough that have been used by the restaurant from the start. This originated from the original Gilberti’s Italian family history, and will stay with the restaurant forever.
